Ordered a Taurus 941 in mate stainless, 2" barrel, not the ultra lite version. Just wondering if anyone here has owned one, and if so how they like it. I live in Florida, and it will probably be my carry gun for the hotter months. I'm not here to start a don't carry a 22 war, I'm perfectly comfortable with the ballistics of .22 mag, in particular the Hornady Critical defense round, and the idea of an 8 round capacity is nice. I've never been fond of Taurus semi autos, but from what I've seen, their revolvers are actually decent quality. Top that with a lifetime warranty, and the fact that any new Taurus bought between now and 12-31-12 gets you a free 1 year NRA membership, I just can't see why this wouldn't be a good deal. Any owners out there that have one of these, I'm all ears for your thoughts and opinions on how you feel about this particular gun.

Have a couple Taurus revolvers (.22 + .38+P) and one .22 semi auto.

All three have been 100%. No problems over the 15+ years I have owned them.

I really like my 9 shot .22lr mod 94 snubby. It's been excellent.
