keeping other members aware of issues & if they decide to go through with a purchase they understand what they could possibly be getting into.
We just had an issue with them also. I've always had great service from them until now.
Card charged, told stuff is on the way, doesn't arrive, got smoke blown up some uncomfortable places, they will outright lie to you just to get you off the phone. Finally they said it's back ordered, told them the website says it's in stock at this time, so you are lying. Cancelled order.
Had to cancel mine as well. Two phone calls and an email and nothing but lies and runaround. Too many companies that actually deliver on what they promise to waste time with one's that don't.
Same issue, I canceled bulk order on 9mm taken Black Friday last year, they took my money send nothing in 3 weeks later. Took them week to return my money after! After this I got call message from some lady working there saying if I will by mistake get something!!! please refuse this parcel. Worse place I ever deal on web/ammo. Use sgammo, palmetto, ammunitiondepot, the-armory - all very good.

Any of those have free shipping on cases?
You will have option between free shipping with horrible service or great price, fast shipping etc. The-armory offered free shipping with free military cases, sgammo is superb on deals and low/fast shipping, palmetto on price for some rare ammo like 5.7x28, ammunitiondepot on deals and fast shipping.
We are in free country, pick whatever you like

Same here, two bulk orders and zero issues.
Consider yourselves fortunate. I had to file a CC dispute to get my refund. It worked out though, through all of it I found a local company that supplies the local ranges in the area that had the same ammo at a bit better price. And it is close enough to pick up in person. That way I don't have to deal with a company that is inconsistent in their service.
I agree, I would also pay couple of extra dollars for shipping to support great bussines like sgammo.
I've heard quite a few folks give them a thumbs up. Don't think I've ever ordered from them but I'll have to take a look at their site.
They will continue to get my business.
