    Guy points rifle at police serving warrant.Guy shot dead.Liberals whine.All is good.

    Moral of story...Don't point rifle at police serving warrant and you won't get shot.

    Former Marine or not, he had obvious ties to drug trafficking and was anything but a "good guy" as all of his friends, family, and Marine buddies would have everyone believe.

    He was a dirtbag, PERIOD.

    I did have the link to the warrant affadavit, I'll post it if I can find it. It makes it pretty obvious that he was involved in the drug trade.
