Just venting about this craptastic company.

I got cable/internet bundle with them in November, and in February, I cancelled the cable do to a better deal by Directv. Since I had already been billed for that month, they credited my account for the cable portion. They said I didn't have to send back the receiver box, but two weeks later, I get a nearly $500 bill in the mail for the box. I return it, no biggie.

I had a feeling they messed something up, so I called and found out that my ~$70 credit had magically vanished. After being on hold for an accumulated 45 minutes, I hung up and tried again two days later, just to be ran around in circles for another hour. After much attitude, and hearing two separate people say "****," and "****" while on the phone with me (not to me), my credit magically re-appeared! Imagine that!

They called me about a month ago asking if I wanted to upgrade my internet speed for an extra 10 bucks a month, I said sure. 10 minutes and a transfer to an 'account specialist' later, they supposedly upgraded my account.

My internet has been slow, so I called them tonight after getting 1.56 download and 0.23 upload rates, and they tell me my account was NEVER upgraded and that it would be an extra $20 to upgrade my account. WTF? I told them I didn't even want the service now, but wanted to know who the HELL called me and told me they'd upgrade my account. "I can't answer that."

Absolutely ridiculous company. As soon as I can find another provider, I am done!

    Rant over.

I have a name for them: SuddenLYUNlinkED.

    Nuff said.

Had them since they ate NPG in Flagstaff, and been nothing but trouble since. Billing has NO act to even GET together, tech support is sketchy, and by now, March 2012, I figure THEY OWE ME a ton of bucks for all the times I've had to call and "press" and hold and "press" blah, blah, only to be given totally conflicting information and ever excuse in the book.

I literally have wasted a full 40 hr. wk cummulatively with these morons since we moved from one apt. to this one back June/July.

    THEY SUK!!!!!!!!!

Glad I ain't the only one!

I didn't even mention the other issue with them -- my experience with tech support was actually really decent. They guy was super cool and did his best to help in the middle of the night. My internet connection had went down, and after troubleshooting for about 30 minutes with him, we got no where. I told him I had two distant learning classes with assignments due and needed internet back ASAP. He said he'd fax over a work order to my local office and they'd maybe come in the morning, but otherwise scheduled an appointment for 3 days from the date I called. No one came the next day, and no one showed up on the scheduled day! He was a day late, but by then I had the issue fixed.
