So, who wants to go into business making a machine for measuring BMC, or Blood Marijauna Content, with me? Needs a catchier name, though....

I'll never understand the hypocrisy of my generation. Most of them smoked and went on to lead productive lives.

JB - can you point me toward the portion of the Constitution that authorizes the federal government to ban or regulate cannabis?

I'm always amazed at the number of conservatives on this forum who are against big government...unless it's supporting one of their personal causes.

The fight will be in Congress, as it is now. Not the streets.

The dinosaurs are dying off and their children are less likely to believe in fairy tales. Times are changing.

    <-doesn't smoke.

For what its worth, I voted in Favor of CO Amendment 64.

I should add that I dont smoke weed nor cigarettes. Its just not my business to tell someone else what they should or should not be doing.

Not any more. When you're my age, doctors will write prescriptions for whatever you want and all it costs is a co-pay. I wonder if medical weed will be covered by Medicare part D?

What more could I possibly want in life? I will so lucky to have the opportunity to pay for your weed habit.

And people wonder why I have a bad attitude....

Only thing "kinda silly" IMO is the fact that someone wouldn't be able to understand what's going on......except those who desire drugs over everything else.

Sorry my friend......but that's sort of a "silly" statement IMO. Just who gets to state which laws are and which laws aren't, eh?:dunno:

Somewhere there will be someone who feels murder laws are "silly" ya know? Are we to allow them to disregard those laws because they feel that way? Not hardly me thinks.

Why would you pay for it??

Once it's legal, you grow it right in between the peppers and squash.

    It's free.

Damn straight. Which ones are the silly ones again? Who decides that? LOL

I dunno. I see a lot of people growing their own stash. Most folks don't grow their own poppies or cacoa (sp?) plants to make their own drugs, but growing and drying MJ (for fun and minor profit) means little-to-no large-scale pot farming in the US.

Who will the Mexicans attack? Stoners with a small growhouse???

I knew it. I gotta get high before I work with my guitar. 18 months and I've yet to figure that one out. TYCF!

Well according to the COTUS the State and the People.

The Federal Government has no constitutional authority in this matter

3 states will vote on marijuana legal next week.

ETA 2 more are voting on allowing "medicinal" marijuana.

It seems my friend above doesnt even want to take that much effort in his life and asked if it would be paid for under medicare part d. Some people aren't even ambitious enough to grow their own weed. What can I say?

Next they'll want you to come over, smoke it, and blow the smoke into their faces.

What I find interesting is the MJ pills that appear as effective as the real thing for "real" medical conditions. This is a total shill. I dislike people back-dooring things. So I'm actually undecided on my vote for Tuesday here in MA.
