I have had a couple stuck cases in my sizer die when sizing. I have the RCBS Stuck Case Remover. Rather than putting the die in a vise risking messing up the threads I put the die upside down in my Dillon toolhead and lock it down with the RBCS Die rings that have the allen screw in them. Tighten that down and now I can drill out and thread the primer pocket without the die moving.

I grab mine with a wood clamp. One of those you squeeze to tighten. then put the clamp in the vice. then drill and tap.

I don't have an actual Stuck Case Remover kit. I just use 1/4 tap and a bolt out of my bolt bin. The tap cost $3.00 at ace.
