Whats your go-to powder for good to great velocity with minimal flash under a 200gr projectile?

Just be sure it's safe. I have seen a bunch of loads I would never consider using.

My projectile of choice for that application is a DT 200gr WFNGC. For the stock barrel I like the velocities Longshot produces at relatively low pressures. I got 1250fps out of my 6" LWD barrel @ 8.4gr (0.1gr under max) using CCI350's @ 1.250 OAL. The 200gr WFNGC doesn't like to be loaded @ 1.26 in my barrels. On a side note, DT's loaded 200gr WFNGC advertises 1300fps out of a 4.6" barrel, but only chrono'd @ 1215fps out of my 6" barrel. Although 1215fps isn't something to cry about, my under-max Longshot loads beat their load's velocity. As for my 1350-1416fps 800X loads, they will never see the inside of a stock barrel...

As always, start low, and work up slowly.
