Thanks to BAC, I got mine last year. Anyone interested might want to jump on it. GREAT gun. VERY accurate and as well built as any of my semi-customs.

Mine was NIB, but that one looks to be a really nice one for sure. Plus it has a few upgrades that make up for it already having been fired IMO. Come on guys. A GT'er has got to buy that thing.

I wish I did Hokie. IMO, the Legacy is a better 1911 than the KC you have coming. You might would be better off selling it and buying the Legacy. I know I may get slammed for that statement, but I personally believe it to be true. :)

Yeah, I could just let George keep the 20% and still have enough to pay for the Legacy. :animlol:

The Legacy is my favorite STI and certainly one of the best 1911s they ever built.

The trigger guard sure received a nice undercut! So that and the grips are the only mods from a stock Legacy? At $1500 it sure slides into the Les Baer Premier II category.

There's no way I'd trade my Legacy for a Baer PII.

I don't think this is hijacking the thread since the Legacy is still in the convo, but what about the Legacy is equal to or "better" than the PII. Baer puts a lot of quality into the non-1.5 PII in terms of features (undercut tg, frontstrap checkering, tight barrel to bushing, etc.) and you can have it without the unique looking scroll work.

Interested to hear your objective input.
