Steel case ammo

    Just picked up some cheap steel case ammo at cabelas (9mm) it was all they had left.I just want to use it at the range.I just wondered if 100 rounds will damage anything in my 17.

    Was it Herter's brand or Wolf?

    Nevermind, I just saw that you wrote in another thread that it was Herter's.

    Can you tell me what the headstamp says? I believe that this ammo was made by the Ulyanovsk factory, so I suspect that it'll have the "double arrow" factory symbol on the case head. Hopefully you (or someone else) can confirm this.

    If it does hurt your gun then I am screwed because I have shot lots of it. Funny enough, my guns don't seem to have any problems.
