Yes, I did; but, I already know that YouTube and virtual reality have the strangest way of changing things. (If they could only make me look younger!)

There are no laws in CT in regard to magazine capacity.

Not to get argumentative, but are the standard mags issued by the military of 20 or 30 rounds capacity? If they're 20, then a 30 round mag can be called high capacity.

When I was in the military we were only issued thirty rounders.

Did you notice the object ejected from the weapon in the trunk? Appears to be a shotgun shell. A little too big to be a .223. Did you notice what appears to be a shell holder on the stock?

Unfortunately, a few. Mostly rookies right out of college. It takes some work, but they can usually be straightened out.
I have read a few reports from management that were horrific. Those managers usually ended up in HQ.

CSI opened the trunk. They photographed the shotgun then it was made safe ie rounds ejected then seized it as evidence on live tv.

Just because there is video evidence of a shotgun being removed from the car, does not mean the Bushmaster was not also in the car.

There is a public statement from people who actually know that the Bushmaster was recovered from the crime scene inside the school. So my uneducated guess is that the Bushmaster WAS in the car until the psycho took it along with two pistols out of the car and transported it into the school.

My guess is "High Capacity" has become part of the lexicon just as people started using "a xerox" to mean any copy or "kleenex" to mean any facial tissue.

Probably stems from the time when any magazine holding more than 10 rounds was defined by Federal law as "high capacity".

They tried to get a law passed in Ct a couple years ago to ban "large capacity" (more than 10 rounds) magazines but it didn't get very far.

I guess in New York they will now call any magazine capable of holding more than 7 rounds "high capacity".

I used to have one of those with a scope. It was really accurate. And loud.
