    Hi All,

    I'm Just getting into the AR game!................Today I purchased a used Stag Arms 2TL for $799.

    Is this a fair price?..............Optics help?

    Don't know about Stag that much but my main question would be "How used?".

    That is a fair price for a 2tl and Stag rifles are good to go.. As to the optics please let us know what the gun will be used for. Do you want to shoot small groups? For self defense or to shoot in competition..
     
  6. i have a standard Stag model 2 carbine and love it. it has never let me down yet.

    as far as optics, im a big fan of aimpoints usually but wanted some magnification on this one so i went with a millett DMS from SWFA. its got an easy to use reticle and holds zero. the dms with a burris pepr mount is pretty spot on combo and works well on an AR.
