    Sony vs. Fuji
I got one additional digi cam over the holidays and one's gotta go.
I'm a bit new to the digi cam world and just wanted to know what's a better overall package between the Sony DSC-V1 and the Fuji Finepix S5000. What would you keep and why?

    Thanks in advance!

Without a doubt the Sony. It is a MUCH better camera than the S5000. Don't trust me, check for yourself.

I have owned my Sony DSCV1 for over a year now. I am still suprised and very pleased with the awesome picture quality, accurate AF and good battery life. I highly recommend it.

Fuji and Sony both make great cameras.
Just like weapons, I suppose it just comes down to what you are familiar with and become accustomed to using.

I prefer Sony and Canon digital camcorders, and Fujifilm cameras.

The pictures on this page: were taken in the last month or so with a 3 year old Fujifilm 6900z that has been used and abused.:)
