No new threads? One updated thread yesterday. You punkin heads go on vacation or what?

Yeah yeah, I know it is just as much my fault. But I am starting a new thread. You know they aren't going to change the name of this place to the Bullman variety show.

I need to get my time submitted, I long for the flatlands and the feeling of hell in the surrounding temperature.

I was in your neck of the woods this weekend. Well almost. UVA territory. Riding a bike, amusingly enough.

I reckon so. I don't know anywhere around here that is flat enough to call home, I guess North Carolina is sorta like that.

Drive down 77 from where you are. Stop at one of the look out places off the highway. The line between NC and VA is about a 2000' cliff basically. We used to fly up to Hillsville when we needed a good 1.5 hour flight. Coming back was a treat as the hills just dropped off until Pilot Mountain off 52.

My daughter and I try to ride our bikes as much as possible when I have her for our four week summer visit. This is coming up soon.

I used to have to fix the tires on the bikes all the time. Finally I broke down and went to Wal-Mart and bought inner tubes with the Green Slime stuff in them. It’s been a couple of years and so far they have been trouble free.

Well the lake was actually before the ride. There were running shoes after the ride as well

What sort of footwear does one don to catch them running shoes? :dunno:
What are these shoes running from? Or to? :headscratch:

If your watch is running, is it going faster than running shoes?
If your nose is running, can it win a race with a running watch and running shoes?

Uh ... excuse me. Burly fellers in white coats carrying butterfly nets are trying to get my attention.
