It seems to have been claimed.

Three german shepherds can't make him move!

  2.:rofl: Same thing happens here! The cats have more will than the GSD does.

We do not have dogs, but the cats have two dog beds. They love them.

Haha... very nice. One of our cats does the exact same thing. Once our 70lb lab gets up our youngest cat hops on and claims it.

Yup, it seems to be first come first serve with the bed. Might have to figure out where to put another in the same room. The dogs won't make the cat move, or vice versa, but whoever gets there first gets it for the evening. Once they move, all bets are off! Two of the three dogs will choose the bed over the couch.

  7. Wow, I thought it was embarrasing when my whippet couldn't budge the cat!

I expected the bed to be torn to shreds when I saw the thread title.

Same here, mine ate his the first night, he gets old towels now> I wish my cat would have been involved, she hasn't left the utility room for more than 5 min's since I got the dog 4 months ago.

    Oh, USA
I thought it was going to be a story like our big, bad 135# Rottie who was afraid of the crinkly noise the bed made whenever he moved.
