So, I went to the gun shop today...

    ...long story short. I've seen some amazing looking 1911 there and I don't know what it is. Jeezzzz there was like a 50 people lining up in front of the counter and I was busy with the paperwork regarding the membership at the range.
    All I know is that it was made in Philippines (yes You are reading correctly).
    It was full size pistol in 1911 A1 configuration with high polished blue finish. I have to come back there and check that thing out. I'm sick and I'm in love :whistling: Now, I did check the mighty Youtube thing and I have one suspect...look at that:

    Sorry, I need to vent a bit here. Just tell me that it's some kind of crap.
    Something that will prevent me from spending my money.
    Any experience with this brand?

    It is purdy. Personally, I'd rather have that finish AFTER I had a few things done to it. :cool:

    The high polished bluing on that Cimmaron is very impressive. Old school craftsmanship for sure. BTW, it's made by ARMSCOR of the Phillipines. I also saw a mirror polished nickel plated RIA (ARMSCOR product) and it was also pretty as heck.
