Singlestack GAP wanted

    I know we have the 36, but I want a bit smaller singlestack GAP for a smaller grip. While I am dreaming, I wish they would bring it out in a more narrow slide like originally intended. Maybe the different recoil mechanism in the Gen 4 would allow a more narrowed slide!

    I understand what you're saying.

    Frankly, I'm looking forward to a Gen4 G38. An even smaller grip will totally blow away the G30SF (which is already as small as it can be).

    If they would make them with metal magazines (with corresponding reinforced mag releases), you could probably get 10 rounds in a G38, 13 in a G37, and 7 in a G39.

    While I am a fan of the GAP and carry one daily, I just don't see where it makes sense in a single-stack pistol.

    Thin is easier to carry IMHO yea!!! but the capacity will be lower NO!!
