...for You Guys, but first just a very short introduction. Probably sometimes around Christmas I would like to purchase my FIRST EVER black rifle. Jezzz...this is against my wood/steel preferences, but what the hell! No experience with the platform, no experience with the 5.56/223, no nothing.
It's not gonna be a home defense rifle or zombi tranquilizer - we are talking the range/ fun gun here. I promise that I'm not gonna pretend to be an operator. No plans to put anything on it except the optics maybe. That's it.
Here is the rifle I'm interested in:
Price  Hey! I'm in Canada...

    Hey I'm Polish.
Of course the question is: is this rifle is a decent choice?.
They are offering a life-time warranty to the original owner.
That's pretty cool in my book.
    Thanks for the answer BTW.

Stag makes a decent gun. I would also look at Spikes Tactical. I would also recommend a 16 inch barrel. Lighter, easier to maneuver. Accuracy is the same, you lose a little velocity but unless you are shooting past 300 yards, it’s negligible.

Im not up on export laws. Are you unable to purchase online directly from a U.S. retailer?

This is a DTI (Del-Ton) 20" Govt A3 that I built about a year ago. I have approximately $800 in it.

Here is a link to the rifle.

A good quality carrying handle will run you about $90 on average.

ETA: Being that you are in Canada, you may be very limited as to what you can get. If any dealer there sells the DTI ARs, look into them. If there is no dealer that does, you will be forced to pay more money. The STAG is a nice AR, but it is priced quite high.

I think we need some info on your laws before good suggestions can be made.

I would suggest doing a lot of reading and research before randomly picking a rifle. The worst feeling in the world is to shell out a lot of money for a rifle and then regret the purchase later.

Now, that being said, and with reference to that particular rifle, 1500 bucks is a ridiculous price for what you are getting. There are much much better quality options available for much less money.

Begin by reading all the articles here, several times, until you know what the terms and parts mean.

There are lots of people here and on m4c who want to help you make the best decision for your intended purpose.

Our laws regarding the rifles are somehow relaxed.
    What isn't relaxed than?
US export laws that prohibits most of the cool features on the rifles.
For this reason it's very difficult and costly process to put together a decent rifle here.
Magazine capacity limit for AR in 5.56 - 10 rounds.
    Barrels from 7" to 20".
Brands to choose from: LMT (very expensive - 16" basic defender package price is around $1900), Stag (life-time warranty), Bushmaster, RRA, S&W, PWS, Sabre Defence (I think that they went bankrupt though).

He is in Canada, that is a Canadian website, the price is in Canadian currency.
Granted it is still a high price, I'm sure higher quality rifles are priced accordingly.

Could you show us some other rifles to choose from?...I don't know how to search for Canadian websites. Unless of course you already bought one.
