OK, So I just went through the entire 3 pages of threads looking for a thread that would have all the answers I was looking for in one thread but couldnt find anything. Obviously, everyone will have different opinions on different sights. Different strokes for different folks. But I think a thread like this will be very helpful for us noobs when trying to decide what sights we MIGHT want to look at. So what do ya all say that you give your opinions on what YOU think are the best sights. Pros, Cons, anything you feel would help the new folks make a decision. I've been reviewing every sight you can think of. Trijicons, tru glos, mepro, ameriglos, TAS sights and any other off brand sight I might come across for several days now. BUT, internet pictures and youtube videos just dont do sights much justice. So heres what i'm looking for. I think I can speak for alot of folks when I say that the best sight is one that is extremely bright during the day, yet visible in darkness at the same time. An "all light source" sight basically. I've been leaning toward the Ameriglos simply because from the reviews that I have read, the white dots on the night sights reflect very well in the daytime, as opposed to some of the other nigh sights. Also because of the very large selection they offer. I want a set of sights that really stand out during the day, since that when most of the shooting will take place, yet, if the situation were to present itself during hours of darkness, I would be able to accurately use the weapon as well. Any recommendations?
