    Anybody know anything about these?

Supposedly they are a new model and will have a internal extractor..... or so the rumor mill says.

I have been on the lookout for someone in Exeter to give my Kobra Carry the titanium rainbow finish.

On further review of the "rumor mill" it appears it will still have a external extractor.

The Obama rainbow sticker is right underneath a Magpul sticker. Is that just weird?

That little gun right there has gotten me into trouble. Was at the LGS and made a comment about how it looked and how feminine it was kinda like a pink Taurus. Will the guy behind the counter it was his carry piece took everything I had not to laugh at him I had to walk out thought. Sorry but when your six four and have a skull tattoo on your arm with a snake coming out the eyes you just cant carry a Rainbow gun.

    That's a little odd.

If you're talking about Sigs's "Traditional 1911" commemorative, it's anything but "traditional." It's a reverse two-tone, three hole trigger, commander hammer, SIGLITE® night sights, front cocking serrations.

    Look at this POS.

Further proof there are no "gun guys" in Exeter.

Based on the American Rifleman's latest issue, the Turnbull and Cylinder & Slide's 1911 commemoratives are the closest to being traditional. "Bill Laughridge is building a limited number of his own 1911 Commemorative, but here's the kicker he's making ALL the small parts and everything is being made in the exact same manner as they were in 1914. Very Labor Intensive. He searched and searched until he found the complete drawings for the pistol from 1914. These things are NOT current production parts guns. At $5,000 per copy they really are a bargain for the work that goes into each one, including the polishing and bluing by Turnbull."
