Looks like a great gun.

I carry the Sig Sauer 229 for work and it has been flawless. Which is impressive because the Gun is about 17 years old. The finish of the slide is a bit worn, but no other issues.

Got a 2022 in 9mm. For the $, the best shooting 9mm I own. I would love to get one more in 357sig. The build quality of these guns are fantastic with triggers to match!

I started in the Pro series with a 2340 and had to get a German 2022 while they were available. It is on my hip at this moment. They are one of the best kept secrets, best shooting, best values in the gun world. The Sigpros and the CZs have always been "my little secret" but it seems as though somebody let the word slip out.

    here is the 2340

Seems to be a great gun from what I've read. Seems some Sig snobs claim they aren't worthy of the Sig name. I'd like to give one a look-see.

    I just bought a SP2022 9mm. I've always wanted one, since I shot a P2340.

(Shhh, don't tell Sig, but it would still be a great gun if it were 500-600. It would probably get more respect too)

Three often overlooked pistol gems: SP2022; Glock G36; and the S&W Sigma VE. I own them all, and are all great performers. Cheers.
