    Thanks for looking.

It will look different by the weekend. Of course I will bring it back up to showroom condition after burning a few rounds thru it.

Very nice find! I got lucky and have one on the way in very similar condition.

    Enjoy your new firearm!

Now that you have it in your hot little hands, what are the alpha codes on the bottom of the barrel?

Dang, that pistol looks new, looks like a good buy.

    My 226 is very reliable.

Those stock sights are some of the best sights I have ever used! Simple and very affective sights, dot over bar excellent, very quick and accurate!
Enjoy, Im jealous and need to find one myself. I got to stop hanging around on this forum, ugh.
I hate the new 3 dot contrast sights on the new Sigs

There are several German made Swiss police trade ins available on guns america now. They show wear, but for a carry piece they are fine.

Some have the original box and test target included.

I agree. I don't shoot the 3 dot style sights very well. The bar-dot style is much better for me!

    Three dots, bar dots...gagh!!!

I take a freakin' black permanent marker and blank them all out.

I took the P226 to the range today and fell head over heels in love with this thing. I put the finger grooved Hogues on it before hand, along with new grip screws, and a new recoil springs. The stock grips are really nice looking and a little slimmer, but I have a better grip with the Hogues. Of course it was trouble free as expected. It now joins my P229 as the two most accurate Sigs I have. It is hard to describe but I can hold the sight picture longer and more steady with these two guns. If you have been holding off or considering a Sig try out the P226. I am glad I bought this one for sure. Excellent firearm! [IMG]

That doesn't surprise me a bit.
