Sig customer service

    Called Sig customer service today about a problem I am having. Talked to a guy named Josh, he was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with, he took care of my problem and thanked me for calling. He even took the time to chat a little about some of their new products.
    Just wanted to give my first opinion of Sig's CS.

  4. Thats really funny. He got the wrong number and some wrong number guy named Josh helped him fix his gun. :rofl:

    Now that really is funny!! :animlol:



    On a serious note, he was very helpful in that he sent the part I needed free of charge (new style P238 recoil spring) and was very polite, and apologetic about the problem that I have with my P238.
    Now if the spring doesn't work, then we'll see how their CS really is!
