SIG 239 in 40

    Just got this new SIg 239 in 40, I thought I had seen 8 rnd mags for this gun, now that Im looking I dont see them.. maybe it was the 9mm mags im thinking of... Do they make them?

    I had one in 40S&W years ago and it was outstanding.

    I wish I still had it. :crying:

    What you have is enough for 1911 shooters and 100 years why do you need more rds. The 7 shot 1911 and one in the pipe is the same as you have in the 40cal 239 . I,m not a forty fan and use a 239 9mm for ccw.

    I have 8 rounders in my 1911's.... I want more mags if Im going to buy some I would get the 8 rounders....

    My 239 in 9mm is one of my carry weapons, and I'm not a mag capacity fanatic either since I always carry two extra mags. Some folks forget that a mag might go south, and they're SOL with no spare.

    The extra round extension should also make insertion of reload more positive. I find shape of baseplate makes it easy to fail to get stock mag to "click in" when in a hurry or under stress. When I get some extensions I plan to only use for reloads.
