Pretty bad ass for a airsoft huh? HAHA! I love the way it looks
I like the porting job. Very Neat
How much did it cost and where did you get it
Me too! I used to love playing with this thing and I held it 4 days ago for the first time in like 2 years.
holy crap that looks pretty damn real! If i were 10 meters away and that was pointed at me, i'd be like %$&#%^#!!!
I bought it about 7-8 years ago at a airsoft gun store for like $120. Funny thing is it has a serial # registered to me too. I thought that was weird
So if the muzzle were against your forehead you would carefully analyze the weapon to determine it is real before becoming nervous?
LOL, that was funny
Wow... That had me fooled!!
Well, ya. I can tell if a gun is fake if i'm within arms reach of it. I've had a kid sweep and point an airsoft gun at me. I took a good look at that plastic 1911 before i knew it was fake. A 1/4 second is all it takes. Thats why i said if i were 10 meters away. Cops have to constantly determine if the black gun shaped object being pointed at them is a gun or not.
If someone pointed that at me I wouldn't think twice about taking them out. That does not look in the least bit like a toy.
I've been a cop for ten years, and I can promise you this.... If someone pointed the above pictured item at me from any distance, that someone is getting shot.
We are definately all about target identification, and distinguishing a real threat from something that's harmless. That being said... Deciding not to shoot because a gun doesn't look real enough for whatever reason wasn't part of my training. Life is too fragile to take the chance. Bad guys have been known to paint real firearms bright orange to make them look like a toy. Basically what I am saying is that pointing an object like the one shown above at anyone is just asking to be shot.
This is a glock 17.5 gen4 in Thailand.
