I just bought my first G23 and was looking to get a shoulder carry harness. I would rather not buy one that is leather, any suggestions?

Blackhawk makes a shoulder holster attachment for their Serpa holster but then you also need their belt mag pouches to even the weight. Remove the 3 screws in the Serpa holding the belt or paddle attachment and screw on the shoulder holster attachment. The mag pouches attach by lifting up on the belt clip and removing them then slide the mag pouch into the shoulder holster attachment.
