Shooting and Riding Similarities.

    I don't think they are all that similar. Anyway, I was reading about target fixation in riding and it seems a bit like tunnel vision is high stress situations.

    I suppose I zone out while diving cars. I also zone out while riding a bike sometimes and I don't even have to have been in the saddle that long.

    I bothers me when I zone out on the bike because I am probably not that aware of things down the road although it seems like I am. I usually do the "look right, look left" after action drill thing to shake my mind out of the fog.

    I have no real point here. Just rambling.
