Ok i want to get a Seth Paladin for my G23 Gen4 and will get it with my tax money in a few weeks but dont want to and cant wait for 6-12 weeks to get it from Seth,So does anyone have the Ritchie CQQR and if so does it pull as close to the body as the Seth holsters and if so can you post a few pics,Thanks as i can only afford to get 1 holster for CCW and i dont like IWB so i need a good one on the 1st try,Thanks

Haven't used one of Seth's but did have a CQQR for my G26. Sold it when I went to mostly kydex. Was a good holster though. It's the brown one.

How close did it pull the gun and how would you rate it for everyday carry for ccw with just a long tshirt ?

It's all gonna come down to body type. At 5'10'' and 160lbs i've gotta work to stay concealed OWB. It hid the G26 really well and was comfortable to wear.

I use the Ritchie for my sub Glocks, great holster. The quality is just like Lou Alessi used to make. I have never used a the Seth holster so I can't offer you feedback on his stuff.

I'm about the same size as you 6' 267 and yes, the love handles can make a compact a little more difficult. I don't have any experience with either of these holsters, but I do have a UBG Regulator which looks a lot like the CQQR. I can conceal with a t-shirt, but it also depends on what position you wear it. At 3 o'clock it's ok, but at 3:30 or 4 o'clock, I get a slight print from the base of the mag.

I don't have any pics right now of the G19 in the holster, but here are a couple with my G26. I can post some pics later if you want.

What i'm saying is I had no problems with concealment. That doesn't mean you won't. You have to factor in body type, the gun, cover garmet, activity, ect... Just because a holster worked for me doesn't mean it will for everyone. Skip make's a great holster though. Seth's look great as well, just haven't had the chance to use one yet.

I had the Alessi CQC/S for my g23 when I had it. It concealed well and is one of my favorite OWB holsters. I am 6'1 and about 245. It's great with a cover garment but so so with a tshirt for me.

Well i will order a Ritchie as it seems many stores carry them in stock and i just cant do IWB holsters,Until i loose wieght anyway and i really like the way the OWB style holsters from Seth,Ritchies ect. in the style i asked about keep the gun tight against the body with min printing,I wear extra big tshirts so that should not be a problem and right now when its in the 50s to 70s i just wear a lightweight long sleeve button up type over shirt.

Got the Ritchie QC QR Today and it is very stiff and tight as expected,so wrapped gun in bag holster came with and shoved it on and put it on to wear around today as i wanna break in the snap area loops as weel so they flex a bit more, but from just putting a new stiff holster on out of the box it conceals very very well,After a few weeks if all goes well i assume i will be seeing if he can make one for my Beretta 92 or get one for the G21
