Sent my benchmade back yesterday.

    Ive got a mini Rukus Auto. Its been a great knife but the serrations are starting to get pretty ragged so I sent it back for blade replacement to a plain edge. Had to send it back through a dealer since im not LEO. How long does it usually take Benchmade to do this service? I have backup knives but this one is my favorite and I feel naked without it:shocked:

    Just sold my mini-rukus a few months ago, there discontinued but whatever I needed the cash haha

    I sent mine off recently because my screws fell out of my clip, they put all new screws, cleaned and replaced a few parts, and sharpened my knife. Seems as good as new! Was about 2 week turn around. They have excellent customer service!
