    And signed today by Governor Nikki Haley. It is now law. Yahoo.

    Great news! When I lived there I always wondered about why this wasn't allowed. Now all they need to do is get rid of the overall length restriction.

    Immediately. Haley signed it this Tuesday and all changes are now in effect.

    Maybe the changes made in the SC law will open up reciprocity with Georgia and other states as well?
