I was shocked and dismayed when I opened my W&M alumni magazine and saw that the very first recipient of the 2009 alumni medallion (the highest award given by the college to alumni) was awarded to none other than Sarah Brady.

I would urge any and all W&M alums to write to both President Reveley and to alumni magazine editor Melissa Pinard to express your disappointment at this selection. I had made a 5 year pledge to the law school recently and already paid the first installment. Suffice it to say that the remainder will be going to institutions and organizations that place a higher value on freedom.

well its W&M, what else is there to say....Nothing against its programs, i understand its a great school. But most the people there are the biggest liberals. I dont go there but i live 5 mins away and hang out with students all the time...
