    You seem, in your anti-GOP fanaticism, to wilingfully overlook the fact that the Romney team is pointing out that, The POTUS created it as "not a tax", the CONUS passed it as "Not a tax" and when it got to the SCOTUS the decision was "It has to be a tax or it's unconstitutional"

    HMM, now, where does that leave the "madate" if we hold the POTUS and the CONUS to their words?

    And you have someone else in mind who would do something miraculous from Romney's position at the moment?

    I really don't care what they call it but, they do need to make some kind of effort to present a coherent and unified message.
