Rifle Prices and Avaibility

Discussion in 'Band of Glockers' started by donwacker, Jun 5, 2010.

  1. Rifle Prices (Brand New & 2nd Hand) and Avaibility in the Philippines and What Gunstore...

    01. Springfield M14 (7.62x51mm) - P
    - Extra Magazine - P
    - Ammo (7.62x51mm) - P

    02. Russian AK47 (7.62x39mm) - P
    - Extra Magazine - P
    - Extra Ammo (7.62x39mm) - P

    03. Israeli AK47 (7.62x39mm) - P
    - Extra Magazine - P
    - Extra Ammo (7.62x39mm) - P
  2. Norinco

    AK47 (7.62x39mm) - P55,000 (Twin Pines)
    - Extra Magazine - P
    - Extra Ammo (7.62x39mm) - P28 to P38ea (twin pines and PB dionisio)

  3. Israeli AK? The only one I know is the Galil, and it's in 5.56mm, Espinelli I think sells them.

Don't know of any Springfield M14s but there are Norinco M14s at Twin Pines, but if you ask, you get the stock answer "for military/LE only". There's at least one in Cebu, the SOCOM 16 variant, I should know because I burned my hand on the hot barrel-mounted scope mount, to the great amusement of the owner.

Just wait for next month's gun show, the rifles will be there, at atrocious prices too.

Paltik saang twin pines yung ganyang prices for 7.62x39 ammo? parang napa mahal yata ako ah, kuha ko P55 isa sa twinpines makati square. may nadinig ako PRVI P35 isa sa PBD but I haven't verified yet.
  5. Festival mall in alabang sir. They also reload 7.62x39 ammo. Thanks
  6. The only AKs available commercially are Chinese, AFAIK. However, if you hang out in my old club in Cebu, you would be surprised by the eclectic selection that surfaces from time to time. I even saw a Hungarian AMD.

Federal at MCS has the folding-stock Norinco for around P50k.

How are their reloads? I didn't even know that 7.62x39 was being reloaded here (my AK used to mangle some casings after firing kasi) I know the AK is a forgiving platform, but I don't want to risk using ammo that may have suspect tolerances.

thanks so much paltik, music to my ears. i wonder why it's so much cheaper there.

NOTE: I asked twin pines makati just now and I was told that prices in festival are the same sa makati, P55 per round ang 7.62x39. reloading depends on component availability, they don't always accept shells for reloading.
