I've had some issuues with my thumb joint and arthritis. I've been looking for something so I can to continue to shoot 40S&W when I want.

The other mainstream grips are only for changing the feel or size of the grip. The Limbsaver Pro Handgun grip reduces the impact on your thumb joint.

I would suggest the Limbsaver grip for about $10 plus shipping online or Gander Mnt also stocks it.

I use it with my G23 Gen 4 (used for 250 rnd's in one range session w/no issues) and also when I use my conversion barrel to 9mm. Now I can still practice with 40.
