I just got my new/used PowerBook Pismo. Being an unwise person, I immediately installed OS 10.0.4 on it. After a day or so, I want to go back to OS9. Unfortunately, I cannot get the beast to boot from any OS9 disks. No matter where I set the startup disk, the OX 10. eventually starts. I assume there is some picayune NVRAM setting that I need to change to make it look for "System Folder". Any ideas? I went through this same exercise on my WallStreet a few years ago, but I forget what I did to fix it As Yoda would likely say -- "Trainable you are not" ARS Wanna kill these ads? We can help!
