Dom and I are going to DOManite at the Kaps matches.
I will be there even though Im a GLIPSC shooter
.45 gunner I will be a Wilmore in the Bluegrass State Games the 22nd.
Trying to keep front and rear sight in focus on an AR in High Power.
Does that count for anything???????????
Although I still can't figure out why a .223 is a High Power Rifle???
Why yes it does.
I'm off to the BGSG as well, air pistol and centerfire pistol bullseye. We'll see if I can hold still and shoot.
Limited and Single Stack at KAPS should be a nice day.
Don't Forget Steel match next Saturday Silver Creek CC
GLIPSC shooters allowed.
Don't forget to dress as your favorite Harry Potter character.
It's going to be a cool day tommorrow. No reason for any GLIPSC shooter not to go to Kaps. None at all.
Dom and I will be representing the non weenie GLIPSC group members. So whats that make one's that aren't comming?
You can be Hagrad.
.45 gunner I just got back form Wilmore and posted a few pics.
I had a blast
How was the KAPS match?
I guess since I didn't go to KAPS I is a weenie Of course you know that already.
Where are the pictures? How did you do?
It was a good day, not too hot. and I shot pretty well. We had about 55 people at the match. Kaps has about 6 stages and a rifle or shotgun match.
It's ok if you didn't come everyone has different interests and responsibilities.
Hey, I would have loved to have done both, but the BGSG is only once a year. Took gold in AP and centerfire, although to be fair in AP I took the 'unclassified' gold, I was actually beaten by the real state champion. In Centerfire, I'm claiming the Gold legitimately; the two guys with higher scores were shooting Open-class .32S&W pistols with optics, while I was shooting the same single stack that I use in USPSA, with the same ammo. I erroneously thought centerfire would be equivalent to the NRA .45 matches, but I still shot very well.
Just too busy. Trying to get the basement remodel done, well it's not really a remodel since it was never done since the house built.
It was a nice day out. Sorry I missed it.
Hagrad baled out at the last minute also.
