reloading .410 in the field

    Has anyone ever reloaded .410 using brass shells and hand tools?

    I'm talking simple tools, like a leather punch and pliers or something. Apparently the brass shells almost never need to be re-sized, and you can measure powder by volume with a low-mid range amount.
