    Thanks, guys.

If you think I missed any topics that commonly come up or a finer point of something already mentioned (again, the focus was software for newbies, not hardware), let me know and I'll put it on the front page in the appropriate place. I might even give you credit for it.

    GREAT thread, Steve!!!!!!!

I'll be the devil's advocate, here, since no-one else has.

Where's the pictures, so that I won't have to read and comprehend your write-up!?!?!?!?!?

I must say Great Job there Steve. The only trouble is that for a lot of people it’s a lot like trying to explain a football game to a person that has never seen a football game.

When Unclebob was a boy they weren't allowed to go out for a long pass... they were afraid they'd fall off the edge of the earth. :whistling:

Well, considering that my next endeavor is reloading, this information is invaluable to me, so thank you for taking the time to post stuff like this in plain english.
    :yourock:

I guess I should also be happy that my goal for reloading is simply to reduce my target ammo cost, and not to see how :nsb: my reloads can get.

The more that you save the more you will shoot. You will start a vicious cycle. Welcome to the wonder full world of reloading.

You can get your reloads :nsb: and stronger until you blow up your gun, and hopefully not your hand. Seeing how strong you can make a round is a bad thing for a new reloader. If you want to push the pressure envelope you should just get a bigger caliber made for it. Unless you want us to call you lefty.

    I thought those looked kickass.

    I want a .38sp load that will drive a 200gr 1000fps, from a snubby.
    Hook a brotha up.:cowboy:

Seriously, this is the most serious ZS thread I've seen. WTF.
