    Soviet designed ang karamihan ng gamit nila. Itong mga equipment na pinadala sa atin hindi magtatagal to pag mag breakdown?
    Ganon rin sa mga dameng Hummers dati, after hard use pina cannbilize na lang . At not only that lakas sa langis. Masmabuti pa ang sariling atng assemble na sarao . It goes and goes. Hindi ma iwasan ng diesel surplus galing Japan .

    I first heard of this (MOU stage) in early 2006.
    China was pressuring GMA to agree to "joint" mineral exploration
    rights for the Kalayaan Islands area. Maybe I'm reading it wrong,
    but for that ridiculous pile of junk described in the article
    linked-to above, the Chinese got what they wanted.

    If we aren't retaining those mineral rights as sovereign domain,
    then why are we even out there?

    w/ the rate our equipment is falling apart or falling from the skies , I would say we were begging for it

    Sa palagay ko pang pabor to sa mga Reds to get our friendship and good will. Ang dameng pera ng PLA , ang modernization program seen today is just tip of the iceberg. It is in all front in a very short period of time.
