Since when have Texas and Alabama recognized each other's permits? I'm pretty sure I remember not to long ago that they didn't because of Alabama issuing permits to 19 year olds.

Anybody know when these two states became reciprocal?

Here's the list of states that recognize Alabama permits (from the NRA-ILA website, current as of September 2007):

Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi,
Missouri, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont,
    Wyoming

    Hope this helps.
