    The Time as come

I cannot hid it no longer

I must bear witness and FACE THE FACTS!!

I'm getting old and I am having problems shooting with irons with my AR

I'm looking for something that is not insanely expensive. All I need is something that will help from 0 to 300 yards. I'm not in the military or LE so this is just a fun gun, that may be called into SHTF duty. I have an A3 sight so mounting is not an issue.

Unless it's a dedicated varmint gun, I'd stay away from large high mag scopes. Even @ 4x, it'd be real slow on up-close and personal stuff.

A better option would be something like a Millett DMS or something from Primary Arms.

I just got the M3 clone from Primary Arms with a 5x magnifier on a flip to side mount. I love it! Right around $200 for the whole combo, under $90 for just the dot if you dont want the zoom capability. Shoots great and the customer service from PA is the best I've received in YEARS.

This.....after weeks of looking at reviews and forums I decided this was the one I was going to get. I will eventually replace it with an aimpoint(the vortex will go to the AK) but for now I think its just perfect. Ordered it Sunday. Hopefully I will find it on my doorstep when I get home today.

My vortex strike fire was on my porch when I got home. Very fast shipping from Primary Arms. Seems like a well made scope.
