Really thinking about a 226 Combat

Hello everyone. I've owned glocks all of my short gun owning life. Right now I have a G20 and 29 which I'm in the process of selling.

I'm really interested in getting a Sig 226 combat but I wanted to hear peoples thoughts on these. I trust my life with the glocks but don't have much experience with Sigs at all. I know my dad has one and he likes it. Are they picky with ammo? Do they stand up to corrosion as well? The combat model I'm looking at has phosphate coating on the internals to help it hold up. I've heard the Nitron finish isn't as durable as the glocks tennifer though. I live in a high humidity area and just about everything I own gets surface rust except for my two glocks.

My next question is about sizing. I know a full size pistol for glock is the G17 then 19 and then 26 with the sub compact. What would be the comparable models in Sig for these sizes?

Any other experiences or pieces of advice you guys have are welcome. Thanks a lot.
