    Muskogee Ok.
My Range Officer now has front strap checkering complements of Wilson Combat. The pics aren't the best so please forgive me.

I put mine up as high as it would go, not sure if there's really a right or wrong.

Not to hijack, but how are you liking that American Classic? Been contemplating picking up a 5" or commander.

Only have about 350 rounds through it, but it's been flawless so far with WWB 230gr JHP and FMJ, and PDX1 defensive ammo.

Even alternated live ammo and spent cases in several mags, fed all the empties just fine too. Very happy with it.

Oh Oh! I may have contribute to the delinquency of an Okie!

It is not real checkering but it is functional at a fraction of the price to send a frame out to be hand checkered.

You did good my friend.

AND you and I have one in our 1911 collection. That is probably the only thing we have have in our 1911 collection that bac1023 doesn't have in his!
