    First from today, and a few more from the last few months, but I enjoy the subject...

    These are taken in Rose Hill Cemetary in Macon Ga. It's almost like a park, with trails, benches, spots for lunch, and dead people.

    This is a mine cart in the shaft of the Empire Gold Mine in Grass Valley Ca.

    Interesting shots. So what is the role of the railway in that cemetery?

    That's Norfolk Southern Railway. It runs for miles along the Ocmulgee River through central Georgia. Rose Hill runs right to the rivers edge, and the trains run along the edge daily. There is a point that you could get close enough to "high-five" the engineers!
