Aside from cb caps. I want something with a normal 22lr case but the quietest possible report from a heritage rough ryder (6.5 inch barrel) . How loud would it be too?

    Aguila Colibri or Super Colibri

From there any of the subsonics will be pretty close.

Of the normal rounds, Remington sub sonics are the quietest out of my Mk II.

i shot some cb shorts today. At first i had ear phones on but i couldnt notice the shots very well so i took them off. Sounded like a capgun.

Then i shot a few Maxi-Mags with the 22 magnum cylinder. LOUD! Louder than some nines i've shot.

Aguilla Colibris and Super Colibris are the quietest, following by any number of CBs. I prefer the CBs made on a long rifle case to reduce chamber fouling. The Colibris are also loaded in a long rifle case. I find I need ear protection with any of them. The Super Colibris and CBs from a rifle sound like a BB gun, but make quite a crack from a handgun.
