Let's say you need to switch from buckshot to a slug quickly. The benelli has a magazine cutoff that will allow you to do it fairly fast. I have spent the last 15 years working on and with the 870 and prefer to stick with it. Let's say I'm walking around loaded with buck In the chamber and all of a sudden I need to put a slug in a ten ring at 100 yards. Anybody got a good suggestion on how to get it done quickly that I'm not thinkin bout or is this THE selling point for the Benelli? The slugs will be riding in the side saddle.
