I would only use premium personal defense ammo, such as Federal, Winchester, Speer, Cor-bon, Remington.

I shot a hundred rounds of Magtech 230 gr FMJ and a few boxes of 230 gr guardian gold without a single failure in my G37. I like it, and it's cheap.

Haven't shot enough of it to trust to keep it loaded as my personal defense ammo, but so far it's good. Price is great too.

Tagging on to this - how does the MagTach brass hold up for reloads? Any issues with non-standard primer sizes, loose pockets, etc.?

My G37 is currently filled with Remington factory loads.

I don't reload so I have no idea. Next time I shoot I could collect the brass and mail it to you if you really want to try it.
