I faxed a GSSF application for a two year membership in mid-September and they charged my credit card on 9/20.

About ten days ago I faxed a registration form for the November match in Pensacola, but wonder if I should expect to hear from them prior to the match....haven't seen a charge for my card yet.....

I'm wondering at point I should contact them about the match registration, or should I just assume that I'm "good to go."

    Thanks,

    George

You'll probably see a charge on your card a few days before the match. Your good to go. If you haven't received a member # yet you can just write "pending" in that space.

Gssf doesn't contact you when you pre-register for matches. You just show up @ the match and they will have all of your labels for scoresheets printed off. You pick those up @ the registration area then you are good to go.

Glock tends to run the match charges on your card one or two days prior to the match - or at least that's what happened in my case a couple of times. They seem to do the same thing for the Armorers Class.

    Thanks....

I signed up to shoot my G17 and G26.....and since then I've thought also that while I'm there I might as well shoot the G19 as well......

Should I fax another registration form, or wait until I get to the match?

    George

There was one time they didn't have me pre-registered for whatever reason, but I normally try to take the form along with me to the match anyway.....then ya just have to hand it to them instead of having to fill it out again.

No need to worry, they take good care of their shooters!

GSSF doesn't notify you when you preregister. Only problem I ever had was on a two match weekend my registration got set up for the match I wasn't shooting. I shot where I was and Donna fixed it on Monday.

GSSF closes pre-registration on the Wednesday prior to the match, that is when they start processing the CC charges!

DEJ/FL: that's why I'm concerned that if I wait to add the G19 to my schedule, I'll get tapped for the $10 "walk on" fee......

You will not get tagged for the walk-up fee, trust me.
All you'll need to do is tell Cindy or Erin that you did pre-register, they'll take of it! All it will cost you is the $25.00 for the extra entry.
