    can a person get good self defense lawyer if you are on the low end income and you are forced to defend yourself or family?:whistling:

    Yep.
    Public Defenders are woefully underfunded and horrendously overburdened, but I've seen some truly brilliant work done by some of them. Recently watched Pima County, Arizona PD's office save an armed citizen (whom I considered to have been wrongfully accused) from prison.
    And let's not forget that the great Roy Black began as a public defender.
