I am ordering SKS stripper clips online for delivery to a relative in the US. My dad will be going to the US this month. Is it legal for him to bring the SKS stripper clips in his baggage on his return trip to Manila.

    Thanks

Just to be sure just send the items through Forex or the likes.
Once your Dad arrives have him immediately send the box with all the goodies baka mauna pa sa kanya yun sa Pinas.

It is very legal to bring out stripper clips o utside the US and no risk involved taking it to the airport (US) but could be illegal for the receiving country.

May I suggest deleting the forex thing since we are not sure if it is legal or not.

    hi
    most often,
baggege checking at the US airport is no longer consider as random
my luggage was check as often as per airport I passed thru (chicago-LA-Mla)
boxes / luggage were check (maybe because of power cord for PSP/celfone and tripod for camera).
once a item be associated with guns/firearms, your luggage will be separated from the rest...
