    do you observe this ,is it biblical and if so for who and how do you celebrate it.

    No I don't because God never commanded it for His people.

    However it is Biblical and a joyous fun holiday for the Jewish people.

    it may be in the bible ,and it doesn't read where it had any credit or directions from YHWH.He recieved no glory and is only a man made attempt once again to change things or add to the word.

    Did you not find it odd that Gods name was never mentioned in such a victory?
